Overview

We design highly personalized experiences (including Surprise Dates and Proposals). This policy explains when refunds apply, how cancellations work, and how to request a review.

Eligibility

  • Custom Experiences: Non-refundable once planning, design, vendor outreach, or purchases have begun.
  • Standard Packages: Refundable in part under the timeline below.
  • Digital/Creative Assets: Non-refundable once delivered (mood boards, itineraries, vendor lists, templates, etc.).
  • Third-Party Costs: Venue, catering, music, transport, florals, and similar fees follow the vendor’s policy and may be non-refundable.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Standard Packages

  • 7+ days before the event: 50% refund or one free reschedule (subject to new date availability).
  • Within 7 days: Non-refundable; one reschedule may be offered with an administrative fee and any vendor change fees.

Custom Experiences

  • Non-refundable after planning begins. We can often reschedule (subject to availability and any vendor fees).

Rescheduling Windows

  • Send requests at least 72 hours in advance. Short-notice changes may incur fees or be unavailable.
  • Rescheduled dates must typically occur within 60 days of the original date unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Refund Exceptions

  • Our error or cancellation: If we cannot deliver due to our error or we cancel, you’ll receive a full refund of amounts paid to us (excluding third-party fees already committed unless those vendors refund us).
  • Force majeure: Weather emergencies, government restrictions, or events beyond reasonable control will be handled with good-faith rescheduling first. Refunds depend on vendor policies and costs incurred to date.

Processing of Refunds

  • Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Your bank/card issuer may require additional time to post the credit.
  • Chargebacks filed before contacting us may delay resolution—please reach out first so we can help.
