Welcome to ECLIPSE SERENDIPITY LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By booking or using our Surprise Dates & Proposals services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before booking.

2. Services

We provide personalized surprise date and proposal planning services. Each experience is uniquely customized and may include third-party vendors (venues, restaurants, photographers, florists, etc.).

3. Eligibility

By booking with us, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

4. Booking & Payment

• Full or partial payment may be required at the time of booking.
• Bookings are confirmed only after payment is received and acknowledged by us.
• Prices are subject to change but confirmed bookings will not be affected.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

• Custom services are non-refundable once planning begins.
• Standard packages canceled 7 or more days prior may qualify for a 50% refund.
• Cancellations within 7 days of the event are non-refundable.
• Rescheduling is possible with at least 72 hours’ notice; fees may apply.

6. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information necessary for event planning.
• Attend the scheduled event; costs apply if you fail to attend.
• Ensure your participation and requests comply with applicable laws.

7. Our Responsibilities

• We will make every effort to deliver your experience as described.
• Vendors or services may be substituted with equal quality if necessary.
• We are not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by third-party vendors, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

8. Liability Disclaimer

Our services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the booking.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website with the revised effective date.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Mississippi, USA.
